Shipping
We dispatch orders within two business days of purchase. While this is our standard timeframe, we always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.
All orders are packed and shipped from Dromana, Victoria, and are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are collected by Australia Post each business day. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
Returns
At Runway Peninsula, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t fit or you change your mind, we’re here to help.
Returns timeframe
Items may be returned within 14 days of the invoice date.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items must be returned in new, unworn condition with everything intact.
Footwear must be returned in the original box, with soles unmarked. Please do not tape or write on the shoe box.
Apparel must be unwashed, unworn and returned with original tags attached.
All original packaging and accessories must be included.
Refunds and exchanges
Once your return has been received and inspected, you may choose either a refund or an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a registered shipping service with tracking, as Runway Peninsula cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty.
Items that do not meet return conditions
Items that do not meet the return conditions may be returned to the customer at their expense.
