Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’ll always try to help if your order hasn’t already been dispatched.
When will my order be dispatched?
We ship orders within two business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, your tracking number will be updated in your account. Orders are usually dispatched within two business days of being placed.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
How do I start a return or exchange?
Just contact RunCrew to register your return and receive the return address before sending anything back.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered service with tracking.
Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?
Yes. Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are in new, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within two business days from Dromana, Victoria. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and shipping option, with estimates provided at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 on orders under $199 and free on orders $199 and over. Express shipping starts at $14.95, with pricing based on weight.
Run Club
Do I need to sign up or pay to join?
No sign-up and no cost. Just turn up, say hello and run with us.
How far is the run?
The Shop Run is usually around 5–6km, with the focus on running together and enjoying the experience rather than speed.
Do I need to be a fast runner to join the Shop Run?
Not at all. Our Shop Run is for all levels and all paces. You’re welcome to run in a way that feels right for you.
