Weekly Run Club. Everyone welcome.
Our weekly Run Club is about moving together and building connection. We meet at the shop, head out for a relaxed 5 - 6km run, then come back together for a chat and coffee after.

How the Run Club works
How far is the run?
The run is usually around 5–6km, with routes chosen to suit a mix of abilities. The focus is on moving together and enjoying the run, not pushing for speed.
Do I need to be a fast or experienced runner to join?
Not at all. Our Run Club is for runners of all levels. We keep things relaxed and inclusive, and you’re welcome to run at your own pace.
What pace do you run at?
There’s no set pace. We encourage everyone to run in a way that feels comfortable for them, and we make sure no one is left behind.
Do I need to sign up or pay to join?
No sign up and no cost. Just turn up, say hello and run with us.
What happens after the run?
We head back to the shop and usually grab a coffee nearby. It’s a great chance to connect, chat and get to know other runners in the community.
